Our hotel will remain your place of strength, where love is in every detail. It will remain your vacation home, where the warm atmosphere will make your arrival even more pleasant. Verwall is the place for your most beautiful vacation by far. 

Our cleaning and disinfection plan was coordinated on the basis of the current hygiene guidelines of the Austrian Hotel Association.
  • Where necessary, plexiglass screens are installed
  • Please disinfect your hands regularly 
  • Disinfection racks are distributed throughout the hotel in sensible places 
  • Cleaning intervals have been increased 
  • All cleaning products contain disinfectants
  • All of our employees are required to have a 3G certificate of completion 
  • The same rules of conduct and hygiene apply behind the scenes and to our suppliers.

Mandatory 3G proof as a prerequisite for entry into Austria

Check-in:
  • We will be happy to welcome you from 14:00 hrs.
  • If you wish, we offer you the possibility to check in from the comfort and ease of your own home.
  • When you arrive, we will greet you warmly, but we will not shake your hand or hug you.
  • Disinfected pens are available at reception.
  • Your keys will be disinfected before you hand them over.
  • Possibility of infrared thermometer measurement.
For check-in, please provide one of the following proofs:
  • Vaccinated: Please show us proof of your vaccination received.
  • Recovered: Please show us an antibody test (neutralisation test) which is not older than 3 months old

Check-out:
  • As convenient and fast as the check-in, we also arrange the check-out: You are welcome to settle your hotel bill the evening before your departure.
  • Possibility of contactless payment
  • The check-out time remains unchanged at 10:00 a.m. - we kindly ask you to adhere to the check-out time as well as the release of the rooms in order to be able to guarantee the cleaning and disinfection intervals for you and our other guests.
  • The cleaning of all rooms is carried out at the highest level of hygiene according to the cleaning concept of the company Hollu.
  • Our staff has been trained on special hygiene measures.
  • Our housekeeping team thoroughly cleans, airs and disinfects the rooms daily and after each departure.
  • Please use the toilet in your room as a priority.
  • Please air your room regularly.
  • We ask you to comply with the check out time & release of the rooms of 10:00 am to ensure the cleaning & disinfection intervals for you.
  • Please wait at the entrance - you will be seated. Each room or reservation has a fixed table in our restaurant area.
  • Please disinfect your hands before entering the buffet area.
  • You will continue to enjoy our delicious pampering half board! Of course, the high quality of the food will not change. In the kitchen, your dishes will be prepared as usual with the utmost safety and attention to detail. Buffets are also allowed again.
  • All surfaces will of course be thoroughly cleaned and continuously disinfected. This applies to the kitchen as well as the entire buffet area and dining room
  • Tables are assigned - each room or reservation has a fixed table in our restaurant area.
  • The menu and wine lists are disinfected after each meal.
  • Salt and pepper shakers and sugar bowls are disinfected and cleaned after each guest change.
  • All our wellness offers are at your disposal.
  • There are no restrictions due to the distance rules in the area of people capacity in the sauna, but we appeal to your personal responsibility!
  • Opening hours will be adjusted if necessary
  • Enjoy our wellness bar with various teas.
All treatments take place without restrictions. You are welcome to choose from different massage treatments.

Free cancellation guarantee up to 1 month before arrival

You can cancel booked holidays for the 2021/22 ski season free of charge up to 1 month before departure. This gives you plenty of time to observe the situation and then decide spontaneously.

Temporary change of the cancellation policy:
Due to the current situation, we have decided to make our cancellation policy even more flexible. For the winter season 2021/2022 a cancellation free of charge is possible up to 1 month before your arrival. In case of closed borders or an existing travel warning for Tyrol during your planned stay, a cancellation free of charge is possible up to one day before your arrival.

IMPORTANT: If travel to Ischgl is not possible due to travel warnings, travel restrictions by the authorities of your home country or a lockdown, or if Ischgl is classified as a risk area by the authorities of your home country, any deposit paid will be credited for a replacement stay. Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. Otherwise, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

Cancellation policy winter season 2021/22

  • up to 1 month: free of charge
  • from 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the booking amount
  • from 2 weeks before arrival: 90% of the booking amount
In addition, we offer you the possibility of a free rebooking up to 2 weeks before arrival if one of the following reasons applies:
  • If skiing in Ischgl is not possible due to the pandemic, any deposit paid will be credited for a replacement stay.
  • If travel to Ischgl is not possible due to travel warnings, travel restrictions by the authorities of your home country or a lockdown, or if Ischgl is classified as a risk area by the authorities of your home country, a deposit paid will be credited for a replacement stay.

Cancellations are only valid in writing. In case of early departure or late arrival, the full room rate according to the booking will be charged. Should less than the booked number of people arrive, the full room rate according to the booking will be charged.

Apart from the above guidelines, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.

We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked holiday, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: We recommend Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) as a precautionary measure for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).

NEW: Despite pandemic status, Europäische Reiseversicherung offers insurance cover for illnesses caused by COVID-19 from 29.05.2020! Details about this concession can be found here.
