Detailed information on your holiday in Hotel Verwall

Thanks to the size of our restaurants, the hotel lounge and the sun terrace, we are in a position to offer you plenty of space and opportunities for a relaxing holiday. The required distances can be kept everywhere. Here we'd like to let you know about special measures in the individual areas.

General Information

With our Hollu cleaning concept and the associated increased cleaning & disinfection intervals, we take care of our guests and staff.
All areas such as surfaces, door handles etc. are regularly cleaned and disinfected!

Disinfection dispensers are located at strategic points in our hotel.
There is a safety glass panel at the reception.
In lifts, there are limits to the number of persons. These may only be used alone or with persons belonging to the same household.
Valet parking can only be provided in special circumstances.
Avoid risk - we ask you to stay below your personal performance limit to avoid accidents and injuries

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in:

We will be happy to welcome you from 14:00 hrs.
If you wish, we offer you the possibility to check in from the comfort and ease of your own home.
When you arrive, we will greet you warmly, but we will not shake your hand or hug you.
Disinfected pens are available at reception.
Your keys will be disinfected before you hand them over.
Possibility of infrared thermometer measurement.

Check-out:

As convenient and fast as the check-in, we also arrange the check-out: You are welcome to settle your hotel bill the evening before your departure.
Possibility of contactless payment
The check-out time remains unchanged at 10:00 a.m. - we kindly ask you to adhere to the check-out time as well as the release of the rooms in order to be able to guarantee the cleaning and disinfection intervals for you and our other guests.

Your hotel room

All rooms are cleaned to the highest level of hygiene according to the Hollu cleaning concept.
Our staff has been trained in special hygiene measures.
Our housekeeping team thoroughly cleans, airs and disinfects the rooms daily and after each departure.
We kindly ask you to respect the check-out time & release of the rooms of 10:00 a.m. to ensure the cleaning & disinfection intervals for you.

Verwall World of Pleasure

You will continue to enjoy our delicious pamper board! Of course, the high quality of the food will not change. In the kitchen, your dishes will be prepared as usual with the utmost safety and attention to detail.
All surfaces are of course thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on an ongoing basis. This applies to the kitchen as well as to the entire buffet area and the dining room
Tables are allocated - each room or reservation has a fixed table in our restaurant area.
The menu and wine lists are disinfected after each meal.
Salt and pepper shakers and sugar bowls are disinfected and cleaned after each change of guests.

Wellness area

A minimum distance of one metre applies in the whirlpool.
Our various scented baths/private spas can be used without restriction.
The recommendation of the authorities provides for a restriction of sauna guests and a minimum distance of 1 metre in all directions.
The maximum number of guests is indicated at the sauna cabin. All facilities such as steam bath, foot Kneipp pool, laconium/tepidarium, solarium, experience showers etc. are in operation.

The wellness bar with various teas is still available as usual.

Massages

All treatments are offered with appropriate hygiene protection measures. You are welcome to choose from various massage treatments.
