Important for your holidays

PRICES IN EURO PER PERSON AND NIGHT:
with pampering half-board and free use of our wellness & spa
"Oase Bergsee" (ski packages also include a 6-day VIP ski pass Ischgl/Samnaun).

The local visitor's tax is not included in the price.
(Summer and winter: € 3,00/person/night).

For our guests we provide a free parking space directly in front of the hotel.
Certain room types have a garage space in our hotel underground garage included.
You are welcome to park your bike or motorbike in the hotel underground garage free of charge at any time in summer.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY
When using a double room for single occupancy, the price for the 2nd bed is reduced by € 20.00 per day.

SHORT STAYS:
For short stays (up to 3 days) we charge a surcharge from € 10,00 per person and day.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING OF SERVICES:
Breakfast at arrival per person: € 18,00

Dinner:
Winter: 6-course indulgence menu: € 45.00
Christmas and New Year's Eve surcharge for gala dinner:
€ 30,00 /person (children up to 15 years: € 20,00/person)
Summer: 5-course indulgence menu: € 35.00

Wellness day: € 20,00 per person
Underground parking space: € 15,00 per car (subject to availability)

INTERNET:
Free internet access via W-LAN in the entire hotel area.

ROOM REQUESTS:
We are happy to accept your room requests regarding categories, however we cannot guarantee the reservation of specific room numbers or floors.

ROOM ONLY WITH BREAKFAST: reduction € 12,00 per person and day

GIFT VOUCHERS:
Would you like to make someone's stay with us more enjoyable? Whether with a gift voucher, a voucher for a bottle of wine or a massage... Ask us about the popular ' gift vouchers.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS:
Will only be kept until the end of the respective season.

WELLNESS & SPA "OASE BERGSEE":
With Finnish sauna, steam bath, laconium/tepidarium, aroma baths, foot whirlpool, experience showers, fresh air room, relaxation area with tea bar.
For a fee: various scented baths (hay flower, lavender, sage), solarium.
Access to the sauna area: from 16 years.

REDUCTION FOR CHILDREN (in parents' room):

0-5 years: 70%
6-10 years: 30%
11-15 years: 20%
from 16 years: 15%

EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN:
Child-friendly equipment such as cots and highchairs are available on request directly at the hotel.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
from 02.00 p.m / until 10.00 a.m
(for arrival after 08.00 p.m please inform us)

PETS:
We have a heart for animals, but out of consideration for other guests we have decided to no longer accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding.

NON-SMOKERS:
Since 01.11.2019 smoking is strictly prohibited throughout Austria, thus smoking is no longer allowed in our premises.

PARKING PLACE
Sufficient parking space in front of the hotel
(underground parking space daily fee: € 15,00), for room type A/B as well as the suite a parking space in the garage is included.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT:
For the binding fixation of reservations a deposit of € 200,00 per person is required, which has to be transferred to our account within 2 weeks.

You are also welcome to pay the deposit via PAYMENT-LINK using a credit card (Visa/ Master-Card). Please send us your message so that we can send you the individual PAYMENT-LINK. In the event of errors in price information, we reserve the right to make an adjustment and refer you to the current price lists, which you will find on our homepage.

Generally we recommend payment with MAESTRO- card or in CASH!
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa and Master-Card.

LATE ARRIVAL-EARLY DEPARTURE:
the room rate for the respective booked days will be charged.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS SUMMER 2024:
Generally, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in written form:

You can book now and cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
from 14 days to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the booked arrangement
in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the booked arrangement
in case of no-show or early departure we charge 100 % of the booked arrangement.
In the case of a reservation (=accommodation contract), the international hotel contract conditions apply.
For cancellations of already confirmed bookings, we charge a one-off processing fee of € 30.00 per booking.

Please note that a reservation only becomes effective once we have confirmed it in writing.

Generally, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in written form:

You can book now and cancel free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival

- free cancellation is possible up to 2 months before the day of arrival
- 2 months to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the booked arrangement
- 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the booked arrangement
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the booked arrangement
- in case of no-show or early departure we charge 100 % of the booked arrangement.
- In the case of a reservation (=accommodation contract), the international hotel contract conditions apply.
- For cancellations of already confirmed bookings, we charge a processing fee of € 50.00 per room.

Please note that a reservation only becomes effective once we have confirmed it in writing.

The cancellation conditions (summer/winter) apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partially re-let. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
