Important for your holidays

Free cancellation guarantee up to 3 days before arrival.

Next summer, too, we want you to be able to plan your holiday without any worries. You can cancel booked holidays for the summer free of charge up to 3 days before departure. This gives you plenty of time to observe the situation and then decide spontaneously.

Temporary change of the cancellation policy:
Due to the current situation, we have decided to make our cancellation policy even more flexible. For the entire summer of 2021, free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before your arrival. In case of closed borders or an existing travel warning for Tyrol during your planned stay, a cancellation free of charge is possible up to one day before your arrival.

For the summer no deposit is necessary to fix the booking.
Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing.

Cancellation policy summer season 2021

  • up to 3 days before arrival: free of charge
  • from 3 days before arrival we charge 90% of the booking amount

You can cancel booked holidays for the 2021/22 ski season free of charge up to 1 month before departure. This gives you plenty of time to observe the situation and then decide spontaneously.

For the winter season 2021/2022 a cancellation free of charge is possible up to 1 month before your arrival. In case of closed borders or an existing travel warning for Tyrol during your planned stay, a cancellation free of charge is possible up to one day before your arrival.

IMPORTANT: If travel to Ischgl is not possible due to travel warnings, travel restrictions by the authorities of your home country or a lockdown, or if Ischgl is classified as a risk area by the authorities of your home country, any deposit paid will be credited for a replacement stay. Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. Otherwise, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

Cancellation policy winter season 2021/22

  • up to 1 month: free of charge
  • from 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the booking amount
  • from 2 weeks before arrival: 90% of the booking amount
In addition, we offer you the possibility of a free rebooking up to 2 weeks before arrival if one of the following reasons applies:
  • If skiing in Ischgl is not possible due to the pandemic, any deposit paid will be credited for a replacement stay.
  • If travel to Ischgl is not possible due to travel warnings, travel restrictions by the authorities of your home country or a lockdown, or if Ischgl is classified as a risk area by the authorities of your home country, a deposit paid will be credited for a replacement stay.

Cancellations are only valid in writing. In case of early departure or late arrival, the full room rate according to the booking will be charged. Should less than the booked number of people arrive, the full room rate according to the booking will be charged.

Apart from the above guidelines, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.

We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked holiday, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: We recommend Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) as a precautionary measure for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).

NEW: Despite pandemic status, Europäische Reiseversicherung offers insurance cover for illnesses caused by COVID-19 from 29.05.2020! Details about this concession can be found here.

The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen - ÖHVB) apply. Subject to change without notice! With the publication of the new price list, all previous ones lose their validity. Price changes, misprints and errors as well as changes in offers reserved.

PRICES IN EURO PER PERSON AND NIGHT:
with gourmet board (packages include also a skipass) as well as free use of our wellness oasis "Bergsee".

The visitor's tax of Euro 2.50 per person/night in winter is excluded. The visitor's tax in summer is also Euro 2.50 per person/night.

NON-CONSUMED SERVICES
No refund or discount for non-consumed food.

SHORT STAYS:
up to and including 3 days: € 10.00 per pers./night

EXTRA SERVICES:
breakfast: € 18,00
dinner (6-course menu): € 33,00
dinner in summer (5-course): € 28,00
wellness day: € 15,00
underground parking space: € 10,00 per day

FREE INTERNET ACCESS - via fibreglass in most areas of our hotel (exkl. wellness area)

ROOMS:
We try to consider your room wishes, but we cannot guarantee the reservation of a special room number or floor.

GIFT VOUCHERS:
We offer gift vouchers, vouchers for a bottle of wine or a massage... more info about our › vouchers.

WELLNESS & SPA "OASE BERGSEE": 
Relaxation area, only for adults and kids from 16 years.

KIDS EQUIPMENT:
Child-friendly equipment like crib and highchair: available upon request.

FORGOTTEN THINGS:
We only keep until the end of the season.

NON-SMOKING:
Our hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on your balcony or at the hotel entrance. All other rooms, wellness area, bar, hall and dining hall are non-smoking.

ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR WINTER BOOKINGS:
For a fix reservation please pay an advance payment of € 150.00 per person: send your credit card number with expiration date - VISA or Mastercard - or make a bank transfer:

Payment within 14 days after reservation, free of costs for recipient.
Please fill in your name and booking period.
If you cancel, we keep the advance payment as cancellation fee.  

PAYMENT OPTIONS: 

Preferably cash, cash card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Payment of ski passes only possible with cash or cash card.

LATE ARRIVAL-EARLY DEPARTURE:
we charge the room price for the booked days.

IMPORTANT: No refunds will be made for deposits already made (even if cancellation is free of charge). We will convert the deposit into a voucher, which does not expire and can be redeemed at any time on an alternative date.

Otherwise the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.


CHECK-IN:
by 02.00 p.m. (arrival later than 08.00 p.m.: please inform us)  

CHECK-OUT:  not later than 10.00 a.m.

PETS:
are not allowed.
