The advent market in the village centre offers with its sea of lights a very cozy atmosphere every year and lures many guestss with its many specialities like mulled wine, Vinschgerl-bread fresh from the oven, hot chestnuts, raclette, barley soup and a lot more.

For a lovely framework the different bands from the Paznaun are responsible. The advent market takes place this year on the 5th, 14th and 21st of December between 4.00 - 8.00pm and can easily be reached by foot from the Verwall.

On the 5th of December a Nikolaus-parade takes place. St. Nikolaus is patron of Ischgl and therefore this day is especially celebrated.  

In the evening the traditional "Krampuslauf" with fearsome masks and loud bells takes place, you should not miss that!
